For summer, try fresh blueberries or sliced strawberries. In cooler months, add diced apples or dried cranberries. It’s lovely to serve as a first course, season after season.

Ingredients
2 cups baby spinach, chopped
2 cups baby kale, chopped
¼ cup raw pecans, roughly chopped
2 Tbsp dried cherries
¼ cup orange juice
1 Tbsp maple syrup
Few dashes of hot sauce
Sprinkle of black pepper and Kosher salt
Method
- Place greens in medium size bowl, and top with pecans and cherries. In a small container, mix together the orange juice, maple syrup, hot sauce, and salt and pepper.
- Drizzle over salad and serve immediately.
