Susan has recently trained to supplement her nutrition coaching with health coaching. She combines both to provide a holistic approach to help her clients implement lifestyle changes to help them feel better and be healthier. Susan has been working as a Registered Dietitian for 30 years, over this time it has been increasingly clear it is not so much about nutrition education but more about coaching clients to transform their habits and make realistic goals. She helps her clients make sustainable changes in nutrition and healthy lifestyle.

NutritionU provides wellbeing workshops to help employees thrive at work or personal sessions providing 1:1 coaching in person or virtually.
