This easy recipe for brussels sprouts goes great with quinoa or brown rice.
Health Benefits – soy free, gluten free
Ingredients
2 lbs brussels sprouts, halved
¼ tsp sea salt (optional)
¼ tsp ground black pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
⅓ cup chardonnay or other white wine
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp dried rosemary
2 Tbsp pistachios
Method
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and prepare a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
- Toss all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Roast the mixture for 20 minutes, or until nicely browned.
