Tropical Mango Smoothie Bowl

This quick and easy mango smoothie bowl is a refreshing, healthy breakfast that will transport you to a tropical island! Top it with a few extra mango slices, berries, granola, and some chia seeds for a nutrient-packed bowl of deliciousness.

2 cups frozen mango chunks
1 frozen banana
1 cup unsweetened plant-based milk
¼ cup fresh or frozen passion fruit (optional)

Suggested Toppings

Mango, sliced
Strawberries, sliced
Homemade granola
Goji berries
Chia seeds
Almonds, sliced
Passion fruit


  1. In a blender, process smoothie ingredients. Add additional water or milk, if needed, until you reach your desired consistency.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and add the toppings of your choice.
