Ingredients
1 head of cauliflower
1 lemon, cut in half
Seasoning to taste (see tips)
Method
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
- Remove the green base of the cauliflower and place the cauliflower on a cutting board.
- Squeeze half of the lemon over the entire cauliflower. Cut into thick slices or “steaks” (some pieces may break off) and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Squeeze the other half of the lemon over the cauliflower.
- Season evenly with suggested seasonings and bake for 20 minutes or until browned.
Cooking Tips
Suggested seasonings: salt, pepper, curry powder, garlic powder, or homemade adobo.
