1 ½ cups unsweetened plant-based milk
1 cup rolled oats
2–3 dates, pitted and chopped
1 banana, peeled and mashed
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp ground nutmeg
Pinch ground cloves
Pinch ground black pepper
Optional toppings: chopped walnuts, hemp seeds, chopped mango, blueberries
- In a bowl or mason jar, combine all the ingredients except the toppings and stir until well combined.
- Cover with a tight-fitting lid and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours before serving.
- Enjoy with your favorite toppings.
