This sweet-tart açaí smoothie bowl is delicious! Topped with fresh fruit, homemade granola, cacao nibs, and almond butter, it’s good for breakfast, as a snack, or as a delicious treat.

Ingredients
2 cups frozen berries
1 frozen banana, sliced
1 3.5 oz pack frozen unsweetened açaí puree
1 cup unsweetened plant-based milk
2 Tbsp hemp seeds
Suggested Toppings
Mango, sliced
Strawberries, sliced
Homemade granola
Goji berries
Sunflower seeds
Almond butter or Vegan Caramel Sauce
Method
- In a blender, process ingredients until smooth. Add additional water if needed for a smooth consistency.
- Place in a bowl and add the toppings of your choice.
Cooking Tips
- Strawberries and blueberries are a popular choice for this smoothie bowl.
- You can use 1 ½ Tbsp of açaí berry powder in place of the açaí puree.
- Make sure to use oil-free and fruit-sweetened granola.
