For years I had not been on a scale, until I decided that I need to lose some weight to feel a bit better with myself. And then I realised that I didn't have the discipline or the knowledge to best change my eating and overall lifestyle habits to achieve my goal of losing approx. 10kgs. This is when I reached out to Susan. Susan has been absolutely brilliant in helping me achieve my goal. I love her approach, because it allows me to eat (almost) what I like with no guilt. There is no right or wrong. It is a diet adjusted to my needs and habits. Her tips and advice have been so useful in understanding what works and have motivated me back to exercising!! Finally, I am very grateful because Susan understands the unpredictable schedule of my job and shows flexibility when required to reschedule our appointments to fit my last minute changes.
